We are proud to use the best equipment made (in the USA at that) RMC Engine and SUNNEN!! We use a four axis machine to ensure the block, decks, bores, mains, cam bores, lifter bores are all as the OEM or racer designed. By using a touch probe we can measure the block to a tenth of a thousandths then machine on bore or blueprint to ensure the decks are flat in the correct orientation and that the bores are in the correct location. We also convert 2 bolt blocks to 4 bolt spay cap mains, and pin LS series blocks to prevent cap walk.
Diamond Honing- By using the latest equipment and materials (diamond) we are now able to make near perfect (within a tenth of a thousanth) bore diameters. Then using the process
plateau honing we are able to remove all the microscopic torn metal that the hone produces, giving you a bore that is broken in within minutes instead of hours on a race engine. This means better compression, less drag and more HP!
