Parts and Administrative Coordinator – Performance Automotive Industry


Do you get excited about high-performance cars and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Parts and Administrative Coordinator and be a vital part of our performance automotive family!


As a Parts and Administrative Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering and receiving high-performance parts as specified by the service writer
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of performance parts and supplies
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of specialized parts
  • Tracking and reporting inventory levels, and reordering parts as needed
  • Handling returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect parts
  • Ensuring proper storage and labeling of performance parts
  • Assisting in developing and implementing inventory management procedures
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Utilizing computer skills for data entry and other tasks
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and organization
  • Managing various administrative documents
  • Assisting with customer vehicle drop-off
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.)


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles or parts management is a plus
  • Experience in performance automobiles and the automotive industry is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using computer software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
